Osmosis ACD is an independent retrofit consultancy specialising in providing PAS 2035 & Retrofit Consultancy Services to the social housing and local authority sectors – including class leading assessment, coordination and design – supported by our project administration & compliance Teams.
A little about Osmosis ACD
We employ some of the best Retrofit Assessors and Retrofit Coordinators & Designers in the industry. We provide our clients with a genuinely independent service that puts them in the driving seat on domestic retrofit projects. Our goal is to get projects shovel-ready – leaving the client in a position to appoint their chosen installation partners to deliver on the plans we create. We then continue to act as Coordinator and Evaluator (on-site advisory services come as standard) to keep everybody on task, and our Compliance Team, supporting the whole supply chain, will take your project all the way through to Trustmark Lodgement.

Osmosis ACD was created to meet demand from social landlords for a genuinely impartial service upstream of the conflicts of interest that arise from appointing installers to carry out the assessment and coordination of retrofit projects and widely considered as the optimal, cost-efficient and compliant route for retrofit at scale to be successfully delivered.
It is a model identified by The Retrofit Academy CIC in a report commissioned by the government called Contracting for PAS 2035 Compliant Retrofit. Osmosis ACD provide the service called Managed Assessment Coordination and Evaluation (MACE). You can download a copy of the report here.
